Company Profile: We are an upcoming company in business of developing products for niche use. These products will be developed using Java Fullstack and used for providing insights (MIS/ KPIs) to users in ‘Self service’ mode’. For this purpose, we are looking for result-oriented and tenacious people to join immediately.

Job Title: Software Development Lead/ Engineers

Job purpose:
• Lead development and testing of the core solution.
• Lead in executing Proof-of-concept/ Pilot with customers.
• Continuous enrichment and fine-tuning of the product, to keep it contemporary.

Principal accountabilities:
• Full Stack Development:
• Design and implement front-end using modern web technologies.
• Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Integration between front-end and back-end components.
• Front-End Development:
• Collaborate with designers to create user-friendly and responsive interfaces.
• Implement front-end features using frameworks like Angular, React etc
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Back-End Development:
• Design and maintain scalable back-end architectures and databases.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support the application.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Database Management:
• Design and manage databases using relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
• Data integrity and performance, through optimization techniques.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for software development.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver features aligned with business goals.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
