Job description
Shami Innovation and Technologies is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers, managing client interactions, and achieving daily call targets. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while contributing to our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day to potential customers and clients.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to introduce our products/services, answer inquiries, and provide information.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team by understanding customer needs and interests.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information after each interaction.
• Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and prospects to ensure continued interest and address any queries.
• Reporting: Track and report daily call activity, including the number of calls made, leads generated, and outcomes of interactions.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets.

Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
