Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a fresher, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. This is a remote, work-from-home position, ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service quality.

- Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve processes.

Qualifications:

- Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior experience is required.

- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, chat, and CRM tools.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
