Job Summary:
MIS Executive shall optimize. manage and secure the organization’s data and o deliver reliable, accurate, and timely reports.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Create Reports from internal data for daily/weekly/ monthly/ quarterly updates.
Data management and Information distribution in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintaining reliability and accuracy of databases.
Use Excel, Google Spread Sheet and other applications to generate actionable data-based inputs.
Extract and analyze data to provide actionable insights.
Updating MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures for MIS.
Training staff on how to use MIS.
Skills required:
Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, Google Workspaces, and Spreadsheet
Hands-on in use of CRM application
Good command over written English
Good understanding of Secondary Level Mathematics
