Job Summary

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the company. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

● Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, social media, and networking events to identify and attract potential candidates.

● Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

● Review resumes and applications to match candidates with job requirements.

● Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide support.

● Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

● Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout recruitment, providing updates and feedback.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

● Generate regular recruitment reports and analytics to track key performance metrics.

Experience & Qualifications:

● Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

● 0-1 year. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
