The Role

Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to both potential and existing clients to generate leads for the sales team.
Follow established communication procedures and processes when making outbound calls.
Accurately maintain, update, and record all conversations in the internal system.
Continuously assess customer needs and respond appropriately to new leads.
Keep customer details and other relevant information up to date in the databases/near drive
Regularly do door knocking to generate new leads
Instantly report new leads to the Sales Director

About You

Prior experience in an outbound call center role.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Experience in lead generation is advantageous
Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing set KPIs in a similar position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Skilled in computer and database management
Being disciplined, accountable and motivated to book approx 4-5 appraisals every week.
