Java Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with a strong background in Spring Boot and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software engineering principles, be proficient in developing scalable backend systems, and possess hands-on experience with cloud-based environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and reliable Java-based applications.
• Architect and implement microservices solutions using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize and enhance the performance of existing applications.
• Develop RESTful APIs and ensure their seamless integration with front-end components.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and non-production environments.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Continuously improve software engineering practices and development processes.
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions to drive best practices.
• Work with DevOps teams to automate deployment and scaling processes.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Java with 4+ years of hands-on experience.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Extensive knowledge of microservices architecture and implementation.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of database systems, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Understanding of security and performance optimization in microservices.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular, React.js) is a plus.
