Hi, Someone without extensive prior experience but has zeal to learn, and give long term commitment and dedication, willing to join as personal assistant or virtual assistants or executive assistants, can apply.

If you have past experience (extensive experience) and you can perform on required results / output, you can also apply so we know who are you, and we will reach out to inside truelancer message/workstream, inviting to you another post relevant to experienced people only.
Considering, you don't have past experience, You need to be at our location in Hyderabad(India) for first 15 days for thorough training. You will not be paying for training.
Post the training, you can start the work. Once you start the work post training, a project with 100% of Rs 10k will be deposited in truelancer escrow. And, truelancer will release to you upon completion of at least 180 hours of work.
Training timings will be from 10am to 7pm only. (plus or minus 1hour each side, depending on your learning speed and requirements.)
After the training, when you work from your home, you will be required to work from 10am to 11pm
During this time you will be able taking 15 minutes breaks x 4 breaks through out the day (60minutes i.e 1hour) for refreshments like tea-coffee, or just to relax or get freshened up.
You will also take 30 minutes break for lunch, and 30minutes for dinner, total 1hour break.
You will also be able to take 1hour extra break anytime of your comfort x 2 times = 2hours break.
From 10am to 11pm = 13hours
Less 4hours in break
Net productive time needed is +hours per day, 6 days a week.
Fixed monthly amount Rs 10k INR
Quarterly incentives are extra.
You will be applying only if you can commit to work for 12 months or above.
Your work includes:
• calling job applicants, maintaining records, scheduling interviews.
• checking emails, maintain records of customer inquiries,
• sending emails
• doing followups with candidates and /or clients.
• adding or maintaining to do list in skype, WhatsApp, and to do list manager software.
• update CRM and maintain CRM time to time.
• Attending office 2days a month at least.
• Attending office for 1 or 2 or 3 days whenever needed or place where any meeting or training needed.
