Job description
Job Title: Lead Engineer - Java full stack developer and AWS
Years of Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Chennai, Coimbatore (Hybrid – 3 days from office)
Should have Good Exposure: Spring Boot, AWS, Rest API and Database concepts, Core Java, Design pattern, Microservice architecture
Mandatory skills:
• Hands-on experience with web development in Java
• Hands-on experience in any of the following JavaScript framework: Angular, React, Vue.js with NodeJS
• Experience with back-end development and microservices implementation and containerization using Docker.
• Expertise in relational databases such as Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, etc.
• Expertise in NoSQL DB such as MongoDB, Amazon DynamoDB, Cassandra, etc.
• At least 4 Yrs. of Experience with any of the cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Or Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, N tier Architecture (MVC), an ORM (Object Relational Mapping).
• Experience with CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience in leading the Agile-based delivery team.
Responsibilities:
• Lead & Manage a delivery pipeline of software engineering solutions across the portfolio
• Collaborate with various teams including business, sales and marketing to define requirements, interfaces, implementation approaches and scalable and reusable solutions.
• Drive technical excellence and implementation of best engineering practices such as design review, continuous integration and test-driven development.
• Hands-on problem solver and lead from the front in continuously exploring new technology platforms.
• Ensure adoption of best-in-class quality assurance techniques to deliver very high-quality software solutions.
• Attract and retain diverse and highly skilled engineering talent with optimal utilization to maximize outputs.
• Assemble and present technology delivery pitches to senior technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support presales and solutions teams on pursuits to bring in new business.
• Work in a mutually interdependent structure spanning across business, technology and
other functions helping unblock teams and resolve issues.
• Work closely with the client engagement partner, to improve client relationships.
• Efficiently manage the day to day operations and client communication
