Position Overview: As a Mid-Senior Level Shirt Designer specializing in fast fashion,

you will be responsible for driving the design process for our shirt collections. With 5-

6 years of industry experience, you will possess the creativity, agility, and research

skills necessary to stay ahead of trends and deliver fresh, on-trend designs. From

sourcing fashion samples to overseeing production, you'll play a crucial role in

ensuring that our shirt offerings are both stylish and commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with the design team to develop new shirt designs that reflect the

latest trends in fast fashion.

 Conduct thorough research on emerging trends, fabrics, colors, and

silhouettes to inform the design process.

 Source fashion samples, fabrics, trims, and accessories from suppliers and

vendors, prioritizing speed and affordability.

 Create detailed design sketches, tech packs, and specifications for each shirt

design, optimizing for rapid prototyping and production.

 Oversee the sample development process, providing timely feedback and

revisions to meet tight deadlines.

 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production,

merchandising, and sales, to ensure timely delivery of designs and meet

business objectives.

 Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating pricing

and delivery schedules to support fast fashion timelines.

 Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor offerings to identify

opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the fast fashion

landscape.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.

 5-6 years of experience in shirt design, with a focus on fast fashion.

 Strong portfolio showcasing trend-driven designs and creative concepts.

 Excellent research skills and ability to quickly translate trends into marketable

designs.
