Senior Software Engineer

• The Senior Software Engineer is engaged in all implementation aspects of a project, they implement the designs created by the Lead System Architect (LSA). The SSA mentors small technical teams of less experienced developers, delivers technical guidance and advice, enables team members.
• Shifts: As per business requirements (UK/ Canada/ India)
• Working days: Mon to Fri
• Budget: As per experience and last drawn
• Experience: 5-8 yrs relevant experience (Mandatory)
• Location: Pune/Hyderabad/Mohali (can provide remote opportunity too)
• Requirements:
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of all aspects of Pega technology
• Have an excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to balance many competing priorities
• Have superb interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to communicate, work with others, and collaborate
• Have an ability to learn new ideas and technologies quickly; capacity to communicate with business and IT stakeholders and ability to operate both independently and in teams.
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a similar field
• Minimum Pega CSSA Certified.
• 5 to 8 years of Relevant experience, working on different Pega projects in designing and delivering model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions
• Pega Infinity 8.x Experience
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
• Should be proficient in PL/SQL
• Strong knowledge of Pega application design and development best practices.
• Strong Knowledge of Pega guardrails.
• Integration hands-on experience
• Performance management experience
• Good command of debugging tools and logfile analysis
• Hands-on experience in Background Processing (Queue Processor, Job Schedulers, Agents, SLA)
• Good to have:
• Any Pega Application hands-on experience (Eg: Smart Dispute, Pega KYC , Pega CRM etc)
• Pega Application Upgrade experience
• Pega Additional Products knowledge/hands-on experience-> Pega BIX, Pega Deployment Manager etc.
• Java programming experience
• Application/Database Server knowledge/hands-on experience
• Cloud concepts knowledge/hands-on experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Experience in client-side technologies like HTML, Java Script, CSS
