Improving the customer experience by providing fast, friendly and effective service with accurate and personal solutions to customer enquiries. Take a high volume of inbound Customer calls with a friendly and positive voice, give precise and correct information about the query to the customer. Update and processes information accurately into the system. Resolve Customer problems in a timely manner Take Ownership &; Deliver on Customer commitments IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD: Have excellent English communication skills- Should be able to speak English fluently. Reside in Bangalore Work from office Rotational offs/ Rotational shifts Willing to work rotational shifts (both day &;night shift) Can join immediately Should hold all relevant documents. Both freshers &; work experienced can apply with relevant documents (offer letter, relieving letter and pay slips) Experience in BPO domain is preferred.
