About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Advertise open positions using various job boards, networks, and social media platforms

2. Proactively search for potential candidates and build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

3. Review resumes and applications to ensure qualifications match job requirements

4. Conduct initial interviews face-to-face, over the phone, or via video calls

5. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

6. Provide timely communication with candidates, offering feedback and status updates throughout the recruitment process

7. Assist in the preparation of offer letters and necessary documentation

8. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Any degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2. Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or with a recruitment agency

3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures

4. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

6. Strong decision-making skills
