Operations Architect

Adreso is currently hiring an Operations Architect for an architectural firm based in North Goa. If you have a passion for leading dynamic teams and driving project success, we want to hear from you!

What We Are Looking For

- Architect with 4+ years in a professional consulting office.

- Capability to participate in meetings with different stakeholders to understand their requirements: scope, time, and budget constraints for a project and guide the team accordingly to achieve them.

- Ability to prepare project timelines and required deliverables for stage submission to clients, which are followed by the design team.

- Skill in assigning required resources for a project based on requirement criteria, establishing design management plans in line with the company goals.

- Proficiency in maintaining familiarity with current techniques and developments in design practice to sustain and improve technical skills.

- Ability to oversee tasks and offer direction to the team, which involves recognizing present and upcoming training options to reach objectives and enhance results.

- Capability to examine operations, protocols, and methods of working in order to detect and enact modifications to boost effectiveness, efficiency, and overall productivity.

- Strong communication and leadership skills with creative and critical thinking.

- Proficiency in Autodesk software, ArchiCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Lumion, MS Office, and presentation software.
