Customer Success Associate

Policybazaar is seeking a talented and dynamic Customer Success Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers by providing excellent service and support.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to enhance their experience with our products and services
- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide assistance as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer needs are being met and issues are being resolved in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to increase customer retention and lifetime value
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and develop strategies to improve overall customer experience
- Provide training and support to customers on how to use our products and services effectively
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient and motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a cooperative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
