This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Kotputli. The Architect will be responsible for collaborating with team members to design and manage projects that include but are not limited to commercial structures, residential buildings, and institutional facilities. The Architect will also work with clients to create effective and sustainable designs that meet their needs, and will oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with the design and all applicable codes, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in design and construction management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other industry-standard software
Experience with sustainability, energy efficiency, and LEED certification
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
Project management experience, including budgeting. scheduling, and client communication
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
