Key Responsibilities:
• Instructional Duties:

• Assessment and Evaluation:
• Design and administer assessments such as quizzes, tests, and assignments to evaluate students’ understanding and progress.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on students' work and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of students' grades, attendance, and progress.
• Student Support:
• Offer individualized support to students who need additional help with their studies.
• Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
• Address and manage student behaviour in a fair and constructive manner.
• Classroom Management:
• Organize and manage classroom resources and materials effectively.
• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Implement classroom rules and routines to support a positive learning atmosphere.
• Curriculum Development:
• Collaborate with other teachers to develop and update the curriculum and instructional materials.
• Integrate relevant themes, projects, and cross-curricular activities to enhance student learning.
• Professional Development:
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest teaching practices and educational trends.
• Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and relevant training sessions.
• Administrative Duties:
• Prepare and submit lesson plans, reports, and student assessments as required by school policies.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and areas needing improvement
