• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java for the backend and React for the front-end.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Java: 6+ years of professional experience in Java development, with strong expertise in Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
• React: 3+ years of experience in front-end development using React, with a solid understanding of hooks, state management, and component-based architecture.
• Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.
• Version Control: Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Databases: Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, particularly with writing efficient queries and data modeling.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Microservices: Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• UI/UX: Basic understanding of UI/UX principles to collaborate effectively with designers.

Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
