Remote Full Stack Node React Developer | Turing

A US-based platform providing an eco-friendly shopping experience to the customers, is looking for a Full-stack Node React Developer. The selected candidate will be helping to make a direct, tangible impact on the company’s product and work on projects that are pivotal to its growth. The app aims to help consumers to shop in an eco-friendly manner by calculating the Carbon emission levels discharged by each product at the time of manufacturing, thereby helping consumers to make a conscious effort to help save the environment. This role requires at least 6+ hours of overlap with the CST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:
• Take charge of developing early product roadmaps - build platforms and new features
• Understand early team structures of the engineering organization
• Develop documentation for code and system design for streamlining onboarding processes for future hiring
• Collaborate with the team to build, monitor, and enhance the product offering based on feedbacks
• Lead the company’s external agency and brand, ascertain customer or merchant value proposition – external and internal

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack developer or related work experience
• Must possess the ability to evaluate and challenge recommendations and expertise in relationship management and collaboration skills
• Must be well-versed with technologies like Next.js, React, Typescript, Docker, GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Azure
• Previous experience with eCommerce applications is desirable
• Must be efficient in managing time and workload while working independently or autonomously, or with a team
• Prior experience planning and executing new initiatives
• Should work with a growth-oriented mindset
• Must be open to learning, resolving problems with alternative approaches, and make changes
• Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit, full of creativity and innovative ideas to quickly pivot on an idea whenever necessary
