Job Description:

As an experienced recruiter working from home, you will be essential in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our company. Your expertise will be crucial in building a strong and diverse workforce that drives our success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source potential candidates.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in all hiring practices.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a recruiter especially in Medical.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
