Trainer Domestic BPO

Education requirement: Other skills:

 Graduate – any stream

Experience in Sales BFSI Background Mandatory

 To manage end-to-end process training batch for leading domestic consumer durable client

 Must have exposure on conducting soft skills, process/product and system training in a BPO as a trainer

 Must ensure successful clearance of agents from training phase during certification

 Must have handled more than 10 batches (end-to-end process training)

 Must have managed operations and client interactions during training phase

 Co-ordinate with various departments for support for successful completion of batch

 Must conduct various refreshers on floor basis audit output on monthly basis

 Must conduct quality checks for 0 – 30 day agents on a regular basis

 Must conduct all the cyclic activities on the floor such as PKT, TNI, BQ training.

Technical skills:

 Should be well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

 Should have excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

 Preferred from process specific industries e.g. consumer durables, healthcare, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
