Paralegal | Immigration

Job description
• Three to five years’ experience working in a corporate legal department, law firm, or similar setting, preferably in a start-up or fast paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of corporate law, contract law, regulatory compliance, and general legal principles
• SEC/Securities experience strongly desired
• Litigation experience strongly desired
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Well-organized and effective at task and time management
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn and take direction
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign, and Adobe
• Must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Immigration Law: 3 years (Required)
