The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling litigation matters. Must feel comfortable conducting research, drafting, attending hearings, depositions, mediations and arbitration.

Responsibilities
• Perform and summarize investigations
• Research laws and procedures, rules and regulations relevant to claims
• Manage cases from intake through closing
• Trial experience a plus, but not required

Qualifications
• 3+ years of Litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
• Experience attending depositions, hearings, mediations and arbitration
• Must possess excellent research and writing skills
