Appian Lead Developer |Contractual

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of Appian solutions for our clients
• Collaborate with business analysts and clients to gather and analyze requirements
• Design and develop innovative solutions using the Appian platform
• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure that the solutions meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest Appian features and best practices
• Identify and address technical challenges and provide effective solutions
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Appian development
• Appian Certified Developer certification is preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Appian platform and design patterns
• Proven track record of successfully delivering Appian solutions
• Experience leading a team of developers
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
