Associate Attorney - Northern Colorado General Practice Firm

Grant & Associates has been one of the most well-respected firms in Northern Colorado, specifically in Greeley, for decades. We are a small team looking to add another attorney to our group. We handle a wide variety of matters, ranging from family law to criminal defense to business disputes and lots in between. This is a full-time, salaried position based in Greeley with flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities
• Direct service of clients through phone calls, emails, video calls, etc.
• Drafting and filing of pleadings, in collaboration with support staff
• Communication with internal staff, opposing counsel, and other individuals as necessary.
• Drafting of other documents, as necessary in cases
• Conduct legal research.
• Trial preparation and participation.
• Appearance at all court hearings, some in-person and some virtual
• Strong and professional communication skills, both written & verbal, with an ability to manage changing demands
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced, client-centered environment
• Ability to learn new skills quickly
• Analytical and an effective problem solver

Pay: $82,250.00 - $110,250.00 per year
