Position Overview:

Are you seeking for an opportunity to demonstrate your litigation talents and trial complicated matters to a verdict? We are looking for an associate with 4 to 7 years of litigation experience to join our growing business. Are you a person who:
• intends to depose important witnesses, conduct direct and cross-examinations of witnesses during trial, and handle oral arguments on motions before the Court.
• is a seasoned attorney who specializes in civil defense, including representing Fortune 500 businesses.
• is capable of independently preparing complicated casualty cases for trial and representing clients in court as a member of the trial team.
• knows how to respond to discovery requests and write briefs.
• is a competent litigator who likes working directly with clients, devising innovative solutions, and trying complex cases.

Responsibilities
• Experienced in all aspects of litigation defense practice.
• Conduct legal research and write pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients at hearings, trials, and other legal actions.
• Direct customer interaction and opportunity to market your talents and competencies for future job.
• You will work with other experienced lawyers in your office and throughout the company, managing many cases at once.
• Manage a caseload of complicated civil litigation problems.
• Handle all facets of cases given to them, from the initial investigation to the jury trial.

Requirements:
• License to practice law in Colorado
• Litigation or trial experience (4 - 7+ years)
• Excellent writing skills
• Analytical skills
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
