Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and drive growth. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are passionate about data analysis and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and clean data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present analysis findings to stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of analytical reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business initiatives and projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in data analytics.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools and languages.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge in data analysis and related areas.
