Pop Assoc Lockbox

We are currently searching for a Lockbox Specialist to join our dynamic Popular Association Banking team! Responsible for implementation and technical assessment of new Lockbox customers.

Backup support for data entry operations for the Lockbox Exceptions processing and ACH operations to include creating, generating and transmitting Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) for the Bank.

In this position, you will :
• Implement companies and create individuals in the online Lockbox processing application and provide technical support and training to customers
• Ensure that all documentation including authorization forms and contracts are signed and completed
• Create and / or provide quality control on remittance coupons
• Facilitate collection of association fees and other inter-bank transfers via internal application
• Assist in testing functionality of Lockbox application and enhancements to promote positive user experience, satisfaction, and obtain user feedback
• Accounts payable and payment processing
• Resolve customer inquiries for Lockbox, EFT, and internal transfers
