Hotel Sales Manager

Home2 Suites Colorado Springs Airport, a brand-new hotel with 11+ rooms, is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and increasing revenue and market share for the hotel.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A minimum of two years of hotel sales experience, preferably in the extended stay segment

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales software

- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- A flexible schedule and willingness to travel as needed

- A passion for customer service and hospitality

The Sales Manager will enjoy:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Experience:
• Hotel Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
