They execute efficiently, self-validate work, check quality, and meet critical deadlines. The role involves providing constructive feedback, defining/iterating standard work, and suggesting process improvements. The NPI Technician leads in production readiness, mentors associates, and upholds high-quality standards. Responsibilities include hands-on product build validations, collaboration with cross-functional teams for factory readiness, and meeting critical timelines, Experience with hand tools, machine tools, and semi-automated/automated manufacturing equipment is necessary, with significant experience in electrical, automotive, energy, or mechanical area being a plus.
