Job description

General Ledger Management:
• Oversee the entire General Ledger, excluding revenue accounts.
• Manage AP entries and cash management, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Inventory Management:
• Handle all aspects of inventory reconciliation and management.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Fixed Assets and Prepaid Expenses:
• Manage and reconcile prepaid expenses and fixed assets.
• Develop and maintain creative policies for managing these accounts.

Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement improvements in financial processes.
• Own and streamline the flow of data within our financial systems, including Expensify and Google Sheets.

Candidate Profile:
• Must have 5 YOE working in the CPG industry, beauty and wellness preferred
• Must have experience handling inventory
