Responsibilities Of The Accountant
• Perform daily accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger, and financial statements.
• Handle month-end close processes and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Utilize accrual accounting methods to maintain accurate financial records.
• Process recurring payroll using ADP.
• Manage cost centers and ensure proper allocation of expenses.
• File sales and use tax returns

Preferred Qualifications Of The Accountant
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong understanding of debits and credits and general ledger management.
• Experience with month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.
• Proficient in accrual accounting methods.
• Experience with recurring payroll processing using ADP.
• Experience filing sales and use tax returns is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience with SAP is a significant plus.
