Job Title: Project Accountant

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000

Work Arrangement: Hybrid after training

Project Accountant Key Responsibilities
• Project Documentation Support:
• Assist the project team in obtaining and coordinating project documentation such as insurance certifications, prevailing wage labor reports, lien waivers, lien releases, and sworn statements.
• Ensure all documents align with contract requirements and comply with document retention terms.
• AIA Pay Application Processing:
• Handle large project AIA pay applications according to the billing terms of customer contracts.
• Perform lien waivers and sworn statements.
• Monthly Project Billing Log Maintenance:
• Update and maintain the Monthly Project Billing Log to monitor the status of unbilled revenue.

Must-Have

Project Accountant Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction billing.

Preferred
• Experience with Spectrum software.
• Relevant degree.
