Job description
We are looking for Senior Interior Designer for Pune location.

Experience : 7 to 10 years

Corporate / Commercial designing experience of 3 - 4 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Conceptualization and Design : Lead the development of creative concepts and design strategies for commercial interior projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.
- Space Planning : Expertise in space planning to optimize functionality and flow within commercial environments, integrating ergonomic principles and client requirements.
- Pitch Development : Create compelling pitch presentations that effectively communicate design concepts, utilizing a mix of sketches, mood boards, and detailed 3D visualizations.
- Project Management : Oversee project execution from initial concept through to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Collaboration : Work closely with Design Director to integrate design elements seamlessly into commercial spaces, ensuring functional and aesthetic harmony.
- Client Engagement : Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and preferences to deliver tailored design solutions that exceed expectations.
- Innovation and Trends : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in commercial interior design to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer specializing in commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software’s such as Revit / 3ds Max (Advantageous) , AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creative vision and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing and functional designs.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and team members.
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
