Job description
About The Opening
• Compensation: $65,000 to $85,000 per year plus bonus.
• Work Arrangement: Initially 100% in-office for the first +0 days, then 4 days in-office and 1 remote if preferred.

Responsibilities
• Provide timely accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting services.
• Work closely with a single client with a large portfolio of predominantly multifamily properties.
• Assist the Accounting Manager with monthly accounting and closing processes.
• Maintain key feeds and imports of transactions across related entities.
• Administer external billings and collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 4+ years of accounting-related property accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Yardi.
