Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trademark Attorney at The Warehouse Café. The Trademark Attorney will be responsible for managing trademark portfolios, conducting trademark searches, drafting legal documents related to trademarks, and providing legal advice on trademark matters. This role will be primarily based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
• Legal expertise in Trademarks and Trademark Law
• Knowledge of Domain Names and Patent Law
• Experience in handling trademark portfolios and conducting trademark searches
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
