Job description
We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the Gambling Industries sector, located in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity and will involve handling customer applications, customer record maintenance, customer inquiry resolution, and customer account monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
• Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Maintenance of precise customer credit records
• Addressing customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary
• Utilizing Accounts Payable (AP) knowledge to enhance efficiency in job functions
• Leveraging MS Excel skills to manage and organize data
• Interacting with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication in both verbal and written form
• Handling front-facing roles with professionalism and competence
• Utilizing Ariba software for various tasks
• Ensuring strong communication skills are used for effective customer and team interactions.
