Key Responsibilities
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Manage general ledger operations, focusing on Assets and Complex Accounts
• Oversee inventory accounting and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure GAAP compliance
• Partner with finance leadership to streamline processes
• Manage external audits and internal controls
• Mentor and develop accounting staff
• Implement process improvements and automation initiatives

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 5+ years accounting experience; Big 4 background a plus
• Inventory accounting expertise
• Experience with multiple global legal entities
