Key Responsibilities
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage general ledger operations with a focus on assets and complex accounts.
• Oversee inventory accounting and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Partner with finance leadership to streamline processes.
• Manage external audits and internal controls.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff.
• Implement process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience; Big 4 background is a plus.
• Expertise in inventory accounting.
• Experience with multiple global legal entities.
