THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM POSITION

LHH is seeking a highly skilled, experienced Accountant to join their organization. The ideal candidate for this position will assist in all fiscal activity including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting and you play a pivotal role in the design and preparation of the Company’s internal and external financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will be working hand in hand with Senior and Department Managers to ensure that processes and procedures run as smoothly as possible. Lead, direct, and motivate staff to achieve or exceed individual and group performance goals and monthly objectives.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly closings.
• Manage and track budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information.
• Collaborating with external auditors on annual audits
• Reporting on the financial performance of the Company to the Management and shareholders.
• Assist in the creation of budget and forecasts.
• Managing financial controls and accounting procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field

5+ years' accounting experience

Advanced excel skills

Results-driven personality, eager to partner with upper management to organize, plan and achieve company financial goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous auto/ or consumer finance industry experience

Prior audit experience

Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CPA)
