Senior Accountant

Job description
We are offering an opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in the manufacturing industry, located in Tucson, Arizona. You will be primarily responsible for month-end close, GL account reconciliation and assisting in preparing financial statements. You will also work closely with the CFO, and should be proficient with ERP systems and intermediate in MS Excel.Responsibilities:• Execute month-end close procedures efficiently• Perform GL account reconciliation• Assist in preparation of financial statements• Work closely with the CFO to ensure financial accuracy• Utilize ERP systems to manage accounting tasks• Display proficiency in MS Excel, specifically with pivot tables and v-lookups• Reconcile bank statements to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance• Record journal entries for the general ledger• Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations.
