About the position:

This job posting is for L3 Infrastructure Problem Management role for a mid-Senior level position at client end. The position is for work from office, and Remote.

Experience: 8 Years- 15 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Required L3 Infra Problem Management , Location: Remote/NCR/Mumbai

Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of IT infrastructure issues across

servers, and infrastructure tools.
• Implement security patches, perform system monitoring, and conduct preventative

maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and security.
• Possess a deep understanding of how IT tools function, from core functionality to

advanced configuration.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of all IT-related policies and procedures.
• Work independently and take ownership of resolving technical problems, demonstrating

a "can-do" attitude.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, Azure, Entra ID, DNS, and other essential

infrastructure components.
• Possess a strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS , is a plus.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 8+ years of experience,
• Proven experience in a similar IT support role. (L3 experience is a must)
• Strong understanding of server, network, and application tool administration.
• Experience with patching, monitoring, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
