Finance Manager Responsibilities
• Manage annual budgeting and forecasting process
• The Finance Manager will lead the FP&A process – create financial models and business forecasts, KPI’s, target margins, market/sales analysis
• Responsible for managing the annual budget and variance reporting
• Conduct special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepare recommendations for policy, procedure, control, or action
• Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts

Preferred Qualifications Of The Finance Manager
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of experience in related accounting or finance function
• Finance Manager should be able to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities
• Eager to learn and make a difference with a customer serving mindset
