Position: Cognition Group Hiring for Accounts Officer Job at Salt Lake City

Manage all accounting transactions by ensuring that entries in Tally ERP are properly entered

Reconciliation of Accounts Payable and Receivables

Ensure proper and timely Bank payments

Scrutiny of bills submitted by Sub Contractors/Contractors/ Outside Agencies

Deduction and remittance of TDS/TCS/GST dues in time

Scrutiny of Salary calculations to ensure that the calculations are proper

Check and process for payment bills received from Sites/Contractors/Labour contractors

Preparation and filing of TDS/TCS/GST returns in time

Provide guidance to employees/Engineers/Consultants regarding information to be given for processing of bills

Keeping proper record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes.

Maintaining of accounts in Tally project wise/company wise and provide timely information to Auditors and Management

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, employees and Auditors.

Keeping abreast with changes both in the construction and accounting industry Analyzing all transactions and working unforeseen costs into the budget.

Income Tax Filing, ROC Filing, GST Return Filing & Payment, TDS Payment &Return

Payment Of EPF, ESIC, & P.Tax and generate challans

Finalization of Balance Sheet

Any other work assigned by the Management

From ₹30,000.00 per month
