We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Accountant in the Service industry, located in Bothell, WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for full cycle accounts payable, purchasing, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and other related tasks. The role also demands proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Purchase Orders, and Accounts Payable (AP).Responsibilities for this job include:• Managing full cycle accounts payable efficiently• Handling purchasing tasks and maintaining records• Conducting general ledger accounting and ensuring accuracy• Performing reconciliations of accounts and financial data• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial tracking• Processing Purchase Orders and maintaining related records• Ensuring Accounts Payable (AP) tasks are completed promptly and accurately• Responding to and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable, purchasing, or general ledger accounting• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth financial operations• Continuously improving and updating accounting knowledge and skills.
