Responsibilities:
• Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and Networking.
• Manage hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates for optimal system performance.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT system.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain network infrastructure.
• Provide timely resolution to system-related issues and address user concerns.
• Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and software.
• Collaborate with external vendors for system support and maintenance.
