Graduate Trainee Tax Accountant

GRB are partnering with a fantastic accountancy firm in Kent who are looking to add another graduate as a Graduate Trainee Tax Accountant within one of their core teams. You'll develop diverse skills and work towards industry-standard qualifications.

This role offers a solid foundation in tax accounting and opportunities for career advancement in an expanding firm.

Initially, you’ll assist with client banking, cashflow management and billing. As you progress, you’ll handle bookkeeping, VAT, and payroll tasks. After this period, you’ll study for AAT or ATT exams with full support and funding. Successful completion may lead to further qualifications like ACA or CTA.

You will need a strong academic background, a degree at 2:1 or above (or equivalent) and be eager to learn about business and tax operations. Effective communication, teamwork, and ideally a full UK driving licence with access to a car. Additionally, you will already be based in Kent or be happy to relocate to the Kent region.
