Salary- 4+,000-56,000

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including processing payments, collecting outstanding balances, and posting transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in client collections and be familiar with Sage Intacct software, although it's not mandatory.

Overview Of The Accounting Specialist Role
• Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices and preparing payments.
• Collect outstanding balances from clients and follow up on overdue payments.
• Post payments to appropriate accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
• Provide additional accounting support as needed.

Preferred Qualifications For The Accounting Specialist Role
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Previous experience in accounts payable processing and client collections.
• Knowledge of Sage Intacct software is a plus.
