Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant with expertise in managing the close process, preparing reconciliations, journal entries, and facilitating monthly closings. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Sage Intacct along with a strong background in accounting principles and practices.

• Lead and oversee the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare reconciliations for various accounts to ensure financial integrity.
• Manage and execute journal entries to accurately reflect financial transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with financial reporting and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications Of The Senior Accountant
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Previous experience in senior accounting roles, with a focus on close processes.
• Expertise in Sage Intacct software a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
