Accountant

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field
3 - 5 years experience in accounting
Strong technical, analytical, communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities
Gain a comprehensive knowledge of client contracts to manage client billing process and maintain revenue forecasting
Review bank reconciliations for month end close
Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts
Coordinate with tax preparers to reconcile fixed asset subledger
Set up new projects in the accounting system
Review trial balance and all organizational income statements for Operations leadership & the President
Prepare variance analysis for actual financial results compared to budgets
Prepare entire monthly financial reporting package for Controller’s review
